Terms of Use

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age at which you can independently agree to these Terms where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not impersonate others, evade security, automate abusive requests, probe the service, introduce malware, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or terminate accounts for a material breach, security threat or legal requirement, subject to mandatory law.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service. The site, software, music, artwork, models, branding and supplied assets remain owned by us or our licensors. Saving an avatar does not transfer ownership of underlying assets. Do not upload or submit content unless you have the necessary rights.

The current “Notify me” feature is a free, non-binding expression of interest—not an order or purchase. It does not reserve inventory, guarantee availability or price, and no payment is taken. Any future purchase will require a separate offer and checkout with the price, shipping, cancellation, withdrawal and other legally required information.

We may maintain, update or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions concerning ownership, accrued obligations, dispute resolution and liability survive where their nature requires it.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury, or mandatory product and data-protection rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss.

The law of Wyoming governs to the extent permitted. This does not deprive consumers in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland or elsewhere of mandatory protections or courts available under their local law. Contact us first at contact@hauntedangel.com.
